The neogar type consists of neoprene rubber plates and structural A36
steel, then simultaneously Vulcanized according to the ASTMD 2240 norm.
This plate absorbs concrete or steel beams' vibration.
The sliding type consists also of neoprene rubber plates and structural
A36 steel. In addition the lower plate gets a vulcanized layer.
The upper part consists of structural A36 steel, then simultaneously Vulcanized
according to the ASTMD 2240 norm, then a stainless steel high brilliance
layer that allows the beams to slide.
The fixed encapsulated type consists of a structural A36 steel base with
a capsule where a layer is placed, then the neoprene and a steel
plunger.
Finally the steel cover is placed.
This prop allows a vertical movement.
The movable encapsulated type consists of a structural A36 steel base
with a capsule where a Teflon layer is placed, then the neoprene and a
steel plunger. Finally goes the steel cover with a mirror finish, which
allows a vertical movement and a multidirectional horizontal movement.
